The single valve is used to both self-inflate and deflate with minimal effort from you. We recommend storing the mat whilst inflated and unrolled between uses to maintain long-term performance.
This 7.5cm double mat is also available in a single size for couples or campers who want the freedom to spread out. There is also a 12.5cm single mat which proves extra padding, warmth and comfort.

How to!!!
OK, anyone who hasn't been in store, and perplexed by the valves and how they work. The inside of the valve actually rotates to allow the silicone insert to move for inflation, back for deflation.

Best nights sleep! Don't hesitate
Perfect for me and wife (combined weight 160kg). Insulation meant was warm at night. Can sleep on back or side comfortably, not too heavy or bulky. Excellent quality, used YouTube for instructions

Was not disappointed
Bought this on a whim, and had reservations as there was no reviews. Fear not, it’s ace… super comfy (although lacking instructions- its super easy once you understand the valves)

This product contains no instructions. The valve has two settings: Deflate and inflate. Flipping the valve to inflate should cause it to self inflate. It didn't. No help available so sent it back.
