Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Our return policy lasts 30 days and starts from the date of receipt by you. The product will be eligible for return and refund when received by us in the same condition as issued and unused. All accessories issued with the product including any free add-on products must also be returned in the same condition.
Where there is only 4 days left of said period you will have 5 working days to return the unit/s to us once we have been notified. Units will not be liable for return outside of this period. Where a product has been either damaged or has software encryption it will not be eligible.

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@ur.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not cover any lost or damaged device costs the customer will incur and is liable for these costs.

Failure to do so will lead to a delay in the processing of your return and/or prevent it from being processed.
There may be occasions where a partial refund may be provided if your returned product does not meet these terms, or your return may be rejected and your device returned to you. These are evaluated on an order-by-order basis.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that unless faulty, refunds are subjected to a deduction of a re-stocking fee equivalent to 5% of the purchase price (minimum £15).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

The phone has arrived in excellent condition condition, the free screen protector & case were a nice surprise, although I can’t see’ my sister using the case. Although having switched the phone on we’ can confirm it’s working, we’ve not yet had a chance to add a SIM card etc
Very, very pleased with the quality of my phone, it was like new even though I did not choose the highest quality condition. Came with a protective case and screen guard too. Could not be happier.
There were a few scratches on the top of phone casing but nothing major once I’d purchased a case for it , There was a SIM card already in phone which I removed but apart from that it’s in good condition and am sure will shop with you again in the future . Many thanks j. Kulczycki
